Dear Members, On behalf of our President/CEO John J. Tassoni Jr. The Substance Use and Mental Health organizations of the Leadership Council of Rhode Island stand with Brown University and the entire Providence community. IN-PERSON WORKSHOP! BECOME INSURANCE CREDENTIALED!!

With the assistance of the workshop facilitator, attendee’s will complete the CAQH (Provider Data Portal) application as this is the portal all insurance companies use in their credentialing process. Attendees will also complete the state Medicaid/Medicare application and United Healthcare application. By the end of this workshop, attendees will have completed applications for the above insurances/& data portal.
