Grants Management Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized professional who is confident, self-assured, and proud of their individuality to be our Grants Project Manager (GPM). The GPM will ensure the success of the entire grants team by coordinating and managing teams to develop and win major grant solicitations that support the mission of FSRI and our affiliates. The GPM will also collaborate with other members of the Grants team to achieve their goals.
Go Team Liaison
Responsible for providing on-scene crisis intervention, emergency screening and triage, information, emotional support, language support, and referral in collaboration with law enforcement to individuals, children/youth and families exposed to victimization and trauma in the community. Provide appropriate follow up support and resources for assistance with the criminal justice system, trauma treatment, and access to basic needs, treatment, and government benefits.
Front Desk Coordinator
Works to create a welcoming environment for clients and supports clients in accessing services. Able to float between multiple sites. Supports data collection and outcome measures for the CCBHC program. Answers the telephone line, transfers calls and greets clients, collects copayments, schedules appointments, verifies insurance, and tracks authorizations. Flexible schedule to include evening hours when needed.
Family Support Partner Outreach Coordinator
Responsible for partnering with families and supporting the wraparound facilitator to do Wraparound with the family. May provide direct support and services for some families. Responsible for connecting families with other families with similar challenges and other community resources. The FSP will partner with and support families with children and youth who are at risk for abuse and neglect, who have serious emotional disturbance (SED) or a developmental disability (DD) and/or who have juvenile corrections involvement in the home and/or school setting. The FSP’s involvement with families is by family choice, as some families may either choose not to have a FSP or may not require it.
Direct Care Staff- Part- Time – LGBTQ+ Youth Living Program
To provide guidance and supervision for 5 youth 16-21 who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. To assist each resident to make decisions about daily life, conduct and discipline within the boundaries of agency policy and the requirements of the contractual agreement with the Department of Children, Youth and Family.
Direct Care Staff – Overnight – LGBTQ+ Youth Living Program
To provide guidance and supervision for 5 youth 16-21 who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. To assist each resident to make decisions about daily life, conduct and discipline within the boundaries of agency policy and the requirements of the contractual agreement with the Department of Children, Youth and Family.

Community Health Worker
The Trauma Systems Therapy- Community Health Worker will conduct screenings and individual needs assessments in family homes and other community venues as appropriate. Responsible for engaging clients; implementing screening tools; identifying areas of need; developing action plans; ensuring referrals are made to appropriately matched services; and providing ongoing support and monitoring.
Clinical Director
Responsible for the administrative management and oversight of services provided to youth and families in FSRI’s Therapeutic Foster Care and Kinship CARES programs. Recruits, trains, and supervises compassionate, trauma-informed and highly effective teams.
