LOCATION: RI ACI

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Clinically supervise all Counselors, and oversee clinical structure including maintenance of appropriate documentation

· Review clinical records for compliance (ie. PI standards, State and Federal criteria) and CODAC Policy and Procedures

· Interview and recommend hiring and dismissal of clinical staff

· Maintain and develop appropriate referral networks

· Review treatment outcomes and program development

· Communicate between Program Director and all staff on clinical issues

· Ability to carry a small caseload of MAT patients.

· Conduct interviews, orientation, training and evaluations of all clinical staff

· Monitor treatment utilization and effectiveness

· Conduct outreach and training

· Participate in Performance Improvement activities

· Monitor and oversee all related CARF standards (ie. Environment of Care)

· Coordinate internal and external service delivery

· Document all services in the patient record, to reflect Health Home and Treatment Services

· Obtain and sustain Motivational interviewing proficiency

· Participate in relevant and appropriate committees

· Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters in Behavioral Healthcare and have five to seven years’ of experience in the behavioral healthcare/substance abuse field. License required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
