Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant (2–3 Days/Week)
Compensation: $20-$25/hour based on experience/education
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible schedule to be discussed)
Location: The Substance Use and Mental Health Leadership Council of RI
Position Overview:
We are seeking a technologically savvy and highly organized Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the President/CEO and organization. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter & able to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision The Executive Assistant will play a key role in coordinating meetings, managing communications, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the President/CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize and confirm internal and external meetings (in-person and virtual)
Prepare meeting materials and ensure technology is set up and functioning
Respond to all inquiries professionally
Draft and respond to emails and correspondence as needed
Maintain organized digital files and documents
Assist with administrative and operational tasks
Follow up on action items and help track ongoing projects
Assist Director of Training as needed
Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Must Have the Following Qualifications:
Strong technological proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, scheduling tools, etc.)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Previous administrative or executive support experience preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
