DESCRIPTION:Overview\nThis event offers participants a chance to learn and 
 engage with Rhode Islanders committed to breaking stigma & ending the over
 dose crisis.\n\nSubstance use and drug overdose affect every community in 
 Rhode Island.\n\nIn 2025\, our state saw a historic 50% decrease in fatal 
 overdoses compared with 2022\, marking the third consecutive year that fat
 al overdoses decreased statewide. There were 219 lives lost\, the lowest n
 umber of overdose deaths in Rhode Island since 2012.\n\nThis progress give
 s us hope and shows what is possible when communities come together with a
  shared commitment to save and improve lives\, because one life lost is on
 e too many.\n\nPlease join us at this year's statewide Community Conversat
 ions and CODE Summit\, where you will have opportunities to:\n\nLearn and 
 connect with fellow Rhode Islanders committed to breaking stigma and endin
 g the overdose crisis\; Share information about local resources and suppor
 t services\; Engage with state\, municipal\, and community leaders to lear
 n how to address stigma\; and\nHear from Rhode Island Health Equity Zone/C
