PROGRAM: Hez – Lead PART TIME
Summary: The intern will support the team on a variety of community engagement projects in the South Providence area. This includes the planning and execution of community-based events. The Community Engagement and Planning Intern reports to the Director of Equity and Place Based Initiatives. This is an unpaid internship opportunity for hours towards credit-awarding programs, or for personal learning experience. Duration and hours are flexible based on the needs of the student and project.
Qualifications:
▪ Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education in an accredited degree awarding program
▪ Ability to work with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
▪ Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
▪ Team player and creative thinker
▪ Highly organized and detail-ORIENTED
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
