Bilingual Resource Family Navigator
Responsible for providing resource services and care coordination youth in foster care and their families in the Kinship CARES Program. Intervenes in such a manner as to assist the family/client to access necessary services to improve the quality of life. Advocates for clients and family in navigating human service and similar departments, agencies, and services. Connects families to needed services including basic needs, mental health and clinical support, housing assistance, food assistance, etc.
Bilingual Housing Specialist
Under the direction of the Housing and Economic Mobility Director, and in collaboration with AIDS Project Rhode Island (APRI), the Housing Opportunities for People With AIDS (HOPWA) Housing Specialist is responsible for managing the process for connecting people living with HIV (PLWH) to and ensuring they can attain and maintain safe, stable, and affordable housing.
Assistant Manager – LGBTQ+ Youth Living Program
This position works collaboratively with House Manager and management team to ensure safety, stability, and professional guidance to staff and to residents in our care that has been placed through the Department of Children, Youth and Families.
