For more than two decades, Building Futures has opened pathways into the skilled trades through a five-week, hands-on pre-apprenticeship program and registered apprenticeships, placing more than 500 people in construction careers. Its We've Got Your Back initiative, led by Recovery Director Michael Currier, brings confidential mental health, substance use and suicide prevention support directly to jobsites and union halls.
